cats-food-table

Japanese cat guardian Naomiuno has turned what is probably a fairly common occurrence in most homes – cats watching their humans eat – into an Instagram sensation. She has been posting photos of the two cats inspecting (and probably judging) each meal, and has amassed more than 64,000 followers. The cats names are believed to be Hatchan and Oko, and you can see more of their adorable photos on Instagram.

If you missed any of the stories featured on the Conscious Cat this week, here’s a recap: on Sunday, we reviewed Yogi Cats by Paige Hodges (enter to win a copy), on Monday, we told you that you don’t have to worry about your cat hating you for putting her on a diet, on Tuesday, we shared some of our favorite cat beds, on Wednesday, we shared information about a fascinating new study out of Sweden that analyzes the various sounds cats make, on Thursday, we celebrated St. Patrick’s Day, and on Friday, we reviewed The Creative Cat. And don’t forget to enter our 7th Anniversary Giveaway for a chance to win one of seven grand prizes!

Today’s video will surely make you go “awww” – what a patient little kitten!

Have a great weekend!
