If you’re looking for a little Sunday inpurration today, may I suggest snuggling up with your kitties and a favorite beverage and watching The Secret of the Keys? And if you’re wondering why I’m telling you about a movie that doesn’t have a single cat in it, it’s because this film is packed with so much guidance and encouragement, I just had to share it with you.
About the movie
Imagine getting a life-altering call from your doctor. That’s exactly what happens to motivational speaker and author “Elizabeth” in The Secrets of the Keys. Now, the inspiration she has used throughout her career to guide others comes back to her as she attempts to make sense of her situation.
Elizabeth comes face-to-face with her spiritual guide, “Gwen,” who has an intriguing opportunity for her. Gwen takes Elizabeth on a mystical journey where they encounter impressive experts eager to share the importance of 7 Keys: Appreciation, Harmony, Courage, Passion, Faith, Vibration, and Empathy. Will she accept Gwen’s unique offer of a new kind of existence?
Inspiring and transformational
While the concepts introduced in the movie weren’t new to me, I loved this refresher course. It’s so easy to forget to follow these principles in day to day life, especially when things get rough. As Elizabeth says at one point in the film, “it’s so much harder when it’s about you.”
Similar to The Secret, but with more depth, The Secret of the Keys introduces (or refreshes, depending on where you are in your spiritual journey) concepts of positive energy, limitless possibilities, and how we all play a part in creating our experience in this life. Experts in the human consciousness movement, including such luminaries as the Reverend Michael Beckwith, John Assaraf, and Don Miguel Ruiz contribute timeless wisdom relevant to everyone, regardless of their circumstances. Beautifully produced, this film is a joy to watch and will leave you transformed.
I met writer and producer Robin Jay, who also plays the part of Elizabeth in the movie, through a Mastermind I belong to. I get to “see” Robin in our bi-weekly video calls, and was taken by her gentle and lovely energy from the very start. This same energy comes through beautifully in the movie.
Robin is rightfully proud of her movie. “Life was never meant to be a struggle,” she says. “If you’re dealing with challenges, this film will help you. It can transform your life and show you the path to greater happiness, joy, and fulfillment.”
