Earlier this week, Business Insider, of all publications, featured a series of wonderful photos of the cats on Japan’s “Cat Island.” Aoshima is home to more than 140 cats, who outnumber humans 8 to 1. The island has become a bit of a tourist attraction, and people donate food for the cats from all over Japan. Today’s video is an older one, but I love it so much, I thought I’d share it again. I thought of it last weekend when I had the incredible experience of seeing dolphins in the Potomac River just off the Chesapeake Bay. I was on a friend’s boat, and the dolphins were only about 20 feet away from us. I hope you enjoy the video!
