A cat in Norway has become a social media phenomenon after a video of him pulling his guardian along on cross-country skies went viral. Jesper is a 3-year-old Norwegian Forest Cat. His guardian has been taking him along on her outdoor adventures since he was three months old, and he seems to be having a blast.
